아래 메일이 다다. ㅡㅡ;

그 밖에 아무것도 없고 이멜로 한장 딸랑.. 쩝.. 그래도 뭐.. 어째든 기분은 좋다.. ㅋㅋ

Dear EUNJOO LEE

RE: Application for Subclass 417 - Working Holiday (Temporary) (Class TZ) visa

This is to advise that MIKYUNG KIM has been granted an Electronic Working Holiday Visa, Subclass 417, on 29 January 2008.

This letter contains important information about this visa.

VISA GRANT NUMBER
The visa grant number is 8119526481307. This is the unique number assigned to the visa. Visa holders should keep this visa grant number with them, as they may have to provide it to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) during the life of the visa.

VISA INFORMATION
This visa allows MIKYUNG KIM to make their initial entry into Australia no later than 12 months from the date that the visa was granted. The initial entry into Australia must not be after 29 January 2009.

Once in Australia, this visa permits MIKYUNG KIM to stay in Australia for 12 months from the date that they first enter Australia.  It provides for multiple travel to Australia, which means that MIKYUNG KIM can leave Australia and re-enter Australia as many times as they wish during their 12 month stay.  However, if MIKYUNG KIM departs Australia during their 12 month stay, they are not able to recover the period of time spent outside Australia.

MIKYUNG KIM will not have a visa label placed in their passport when travelling to Australia as their visa is recorded electronically in Australia's visa systems. It is recommended that MIKYUNG KIM keep a copy of this advice for their personal records.

Please note, that this visa is linked to the passport number provided in MIKYUNG KIM's application. If MIKYUNG KIM obtains a new passport after receiving this letter, DIAC systems will not recognise the new passport and MIKYUNG KIM will be prevented from travelling to Australia. The visa is linked to the passport number that MIKYUNG KIM provided in their application. If MIKYUNG KIM has obtained a new passport, please contact the eVisa Helpdesk for advice (eVisa.WHM.Helpdesk@immi.gov.au).

Please note, this Working Holiday Visa can only be used once. If MIKYUNG KIM finds that their circumstances have changed after they are granted a Working Holiday Visa and they want to postpone their working holiday but still need to travel to Australia  for a brief visit, they MUST apply for a Tourist Visa or another temporary visa. This will cease the Working Holiday Visa and they will be able to apply for another Working Holiday Visa at a later stage, if they still meet all the eligibility criteria.

If MIKYUNG KIM obtains an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority, subclass 976) after their Working Holiday Visa has been granted, their entry to Australia will activate the Working Holiday Visa and they will NOT be able to apply for another first Working Holiday vi

VISA CONDITIONS
Please note that this Working Holiday Visa has been approved subject to a number of conditions:

EMPLOYER WORK LIMITATION - 8547

The holder must not be employed by any 1 employer for more than 6 months, without the prior permission in writing of the Secretary.

STUDY LIMITATION - 8548

While in Australia you must not engage, for more than 4 months, in any studies or training.

It is very important that MIKYUNG KIM understands and abides by these visa conditions.  If they fail to abide by these conditions, their visa may be cancelled and they will be required to leave Australia.

If MIKYUNG KIM does not understand the visa conditions they can contact the nearest Australian Government Office overseas for advice before they travel (www.immi.gov.au/contacts).

After arrival in Australia, MIKYUNG KIM may seek advice on any aspect of their visa conditions from the nearest Department office (www.immi.gov.au/contacts).

CHECKING VISA DETAILS
DIAC provides a service called Entitlement Verification Online (EVO) which allows certain third parties to check visa information with the consent of the holder.

Through EVO, MIKYUNG KIM can give consent to registered third parties such as:
 employers and labour suppliers, and government agencies, to check whether visa holders are eligible for certain services, or have work and study rights;
EVO also allows visa holders who applied online to view their current visa details. If MIKYUNG KIM provided a password for EVO in their online application, they will be able to access the service on the Department's website at www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/evo.htm

The disclosure of visa information by DIAC is governed by the Privacy Act 1988.  Therefore, DIAC will disclose information about MIKYUNG KIM's visa to a third party only with their consent. MIKYUNG KIM may give consent to third parties by providing their name, date of birth, passport number and passport country of issue.  If they do not wish a third party to find out about their visa entitlements, they should not give them this information.

The information form 993i 'Safeguarding your personal information', available from Immigration offices, gives details of third parties to which MIKYUNG KIM can consent to their personal information being disclosed, and how they can consent.

SECOND WORKING HOLIDAY VISA
Working Holiday Makers who have completed a minimum of three months of seasonal work in regional Australia, while on their first Working Holiday visa, may be eligible to apply for a second Working Holiday visa. Further information about the eligibility requirements for the second Working Holiday visa is available on the department's website at www.immi.gov.au/visitors

Information about seasonal work opportunities in regional Australia can be found on the Harvest Trail website at www.jobsearch.gov.au/harvesttrail

OTHER VISA OPTIONS
If, after arriving in Australia, MIKYUNG KIM is interested in the possibility of a further period of stay, information about other visa options that may be available to them can be found at:  www.immi.gov.au/visitors and www.immi.gov.au/skilled

We hope that MIKYUNG KIM enjoys their stay in Australia

Yours sincerely
